This is our latest production, welcome to Oxford Road. When Lancashire Hill Developments get involved in a refurbishment, you can be sure that it has been thoroughly thought out and executed. Our homes are house shares by design and Oxford Road encompasses all the lessons learned from previous refurbishments.

We returned to one of our more striking colour schemes to ignite the spark in this once tired building and it takes our breath away every time we walk through the door. The engineered wooden flooring has been sanded and oak stained to bring a warm hue to this vibrant environment.

Oxford Road is perfectly located for easy access into both Blackpool Town centre and Blackpool Victoria Hospital either on foot or using the bus, the stop on Newton Drive being located just two minutes walk.

Everything about this house has been reimagined to give the most to our sharers.

There are five bedrooms with something to suit all budgets in this high end home.

Two double rooms have their own en-suite shower room and the huge loft suite has a separate toilet & basin enclosed within. The master bathroom serves the loft room as well as the other two double rooms.

The separate utility room keeps noise in the shared space to a minimum, you will find a washer & dryer airing and ironing facilities. There is a small back yard, sheltered from wind with a bicycle shed. Our fantastic kitchen features twin fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space. The two super sociable breakfast bars are ideal for hanging out, working, and eating of course!

Incuded in the monthly rent is Satellite TV, Netflix, all utility bills, council tax, High Speed Wifi and a fortnightly cleaner for shared space.

We control the heating with HIVE so your home will always be warm enough.

All our houses are compliant with Blackpool Council HMO standards and are licensed where required. They have interlinked Smoke and Fire detection, Fire Doors, and have undergone a Fire Risk Assessment.  We are members of the National Residential Landlords Association, use the Deposit Protection Service and complete full checks on applicants, for your peace of mind.
