Whilst an out of town location isn’t the most obvious choice for a House Share, our wild, wonderful Investor thought differently. He confidently snapped up this cracking three bed house, with its unmistakable decorative Accrington Brick border and occupying in a prominent position on the way in to town, and handed to us to create a beautiful four bedroom home.

Conveniently located just off the A585 Preston New Road from Blackpool and a short drive off the M55, Wesham is a super location for commuters, with plenty of parking too.

Neighbouring market town Kirkham is full of bars, restaurants and shops and the train station is nestled between the two townships. Five Star Holiday resort, Ribby Hall Village is less than a mile from the house towards Wrea Green, with exceptional sports facilities amongst its offerings. A short walk from the house is a large ALDI & Starbucks at Mill Farm, and just thirty seconds walk is our favourite, the Co-Op!
