The set back from the road, along Whitegate Drive, is this deceptively voluminous and vibrant home. We must have driven past it a thousand times in the last five years and we actually viewed this for two previous Investors before being contacted by the person who took the plunge and actually bought it!

At his request, we turned this three bedroom, two reception room, tired old house into a fantastic four bedroom home, resisting the temptation to sacrifice the lounge for a fifth bedroom as is often the way with shared houses. Providing space for you to relax and to get together, outside of individual bedrooms, is one of our essentials!

The kitchen was taken back to brick, re-plastered and a new one thoughtfully designed, to accommodate four people living separate lives but in close proximity.

We opened up the chimney to give you a breakfast bar thereby retaining worktop and wall space for plenty of cupboards.

We created a laundry area with washer and dryer, as well as building an extra toilet into the house.

All appliances are new including the washer and tumble dryer. There are two fridges between four and a freezer. The garden is accessed through the kitchen with an outbuilding for bike storage.

We handmade a dining table, which we designed for the lounge as it is such a great size and place to host a dinner party! This has proven a great work space too.

All rooms have cut out divan double beds with matching wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedsides. We have provided desks too so you can work from home or study in comfort.

Rooms are individually priced between £435 and £475 pcm. Included in the monthly rent are all utility bills, council tax, hi-speed fibre Wifi and a fortnightly cleaner.
