It took the twelve long months of 2020 to get this complicated project from start to finish, and ready for its new life as home to five fantastic housemates.

We have made the very most of the space available to create five brilliant bedrooms. Two have luxury en-suite shower rooms and three share the generous shower room. We’ve added walk in wardrobes and used key-clamp rail systems to give lots of storage.

Outside is a pleasant garden area with parking for five cars on the drive. Rooms are individually priced between £425-£555 pcm with all bills included.

The kitchen leads off the hallway, features a larder area with two 60/40 fridge freezers, and an abundance of cupboard space in the main room and brand new appliances.

Our laundry area is separate again, with washer, dryer, heated clothes dryer and two free standing maidens, an iron and board.

Included in the monthly rent are all utility bills, council tax, hi-speed fibre Wifi and a fortnightly cleaner, even for the en-suites.
