This little house was a great find! It is ideally located for hospital employees who can walk to work in less than 15 minutes and even take the scenic route through the park if preferred!
An additional benefit to this home is plenty of parking and its proximity to the bustling centre of Layton with its close by shops and facilities. The house is also on two core bus routes so its really easy to get about.
The smallest of our portfolio, Layton Rd features three double bedrooms. Each has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with TV point and its own sofa or chair. The kitchen is brand new with heaps of storage space too and everything you could need. There is a conservatory too, with a dining table and sofa.
Rooms are £433 per month and included in the monthly rent are all your utility bills, council tax, High Speed Wifi, TV and a fortnightly cleaner for shared space.

“The location was great as it was very close to my workplace and everything else that I needed. I loved how spacious my room was and the decor! I also enjoyed the fact that utensils were provided for us especially for someone like myself who wasn’t staying in England for long. I truly appreciated Nikki picking me up from the train station my first night! She thoroughly explained everything in regards to the house and things I needed to know. Problems were dealt with promptly, I really enjoyed my experience staying at Layton.
