A quiet road and away from the nonsense, it is tough to beat for location, being on the doorstep of Stanley Park as well as walking distance to both the Hospital, Whitegate Drive and also into Blackpool and down to the seafront.
Its easy too jump on the Preston New Road from here too if you need to get out of town.

Three of the four bedrooms are all generous in size, although we do have a budget room here, which is pretty cosy it must be said! Regardless, all rooms are fitted with cut out beds, either wardrobes chests of drawers and bedsides.

The kitchen is spacious with lots of storage space. We pride ourselves on a making sure you have plenty of cold storage too so there are two fridges as well as a freezer between four.
All appliances are new including the washer and tumble dryer. The garden is accessed through the dining area of the kitchen where you can find a patio set in a sun trap!
We handmade a dining table which sits neatly in the kitchen and between there and the lounge.
Rooms are individually priced between £365-£470pcm. Included in the monthly rent are all utility bills, council tax, hi-speed fibre Wifi and a fortnightly cleaner.
