We ask for photo ID.
We request a £100 holding deposit to be paid by bank transfer.
We use VOUCH to conduct most of the referencing but we also ask for information over email.
If you’re not into the room or the house, we welcome feedback (and may well ask for it) and we’re big girls so we can take the truth!
