If you decide to apply for a room, the next steps are: We request a £100 holding deposit to be paid by bank transfer to our Payprop Payment portal. We then register you with VOUCH and they contact you to conduct all the referencing.
We will ask if there are any gaps in info that we need, because sometimes we ask for extra details but rest assured, we are definitely not ‘Computer says “No” types’ at Lancashire Hill so we will be trying to make this all happen for you. If we do turn you down for any reason, your holding deposit is 100% refunded. If you back out, we may retain a portion of the deposit depending on timescales.
If you’re not into the room or the house, we welcome feedback (and may well ask for it) and we’re big girls so we can take the truth!
