My Check Out

PLEASE LET US KNOW….

As you're getting ready to move out, we'd really appreciate your help with a quick check of your room.

Rather than arranging a pre-check-out inspection, we're asking you to complete a short online form to let us know about anything in your room that might need attention.

After all, you're the person who uses the room every day, so you're in the best position to tell us if something isn't working properly, has become worn or has been accidentally damaged.

Please don't worry about reporting something! Letting us know about an issue doesn't automatically mean you'll be charged for it. We understand that things wear out, break or sometimes get damaged through normal everyday use. We simply want to know about anything that may need repairing or replacing so we can plan ahead.

We also hope you'll appreciate being able to complete this check yourself, at a time that suits you, without us needing to come into your room before you leave.

We'll still carry out our usual inspection once you've moved out, checking the room against the original inventory and the information you've provided. Anything not mentioned on your form will also be picked up at that stage, so it really helps everyone if we know about any issues beforehand.
