Hey, I’m Nicola. Here’s a picture of me so if you see me hanging about the place, you know who I am!

I am the Director of Lancashire Hill Ltd and since 2016, I have been busy upgrading the standard of shared accommodation on the Fylde Coast. We now look after 40 house shares across Blackpool, Preston, St Annes, Cleveleys, and Kirkham with over 200 happy housemates. We aren’t like a normal letting agent so I hope you don’t mind our personable approach, as we like to get to know our community! In the business you will also be likely to meet Jodie, Joanna, Katie & her cleaning team as well as our team of trades-guys. Online you will chat with Roxanne who is our admin Queen too.

Originally from the South of England, I now live in Kirkham (between Blackpool and Preston). I have two Miniature Schnauzers, a VW Campervan, I am into the gym, mostly healthy ‘whole food’ eating and I absolutely love love love this business and the people I get to meet through it.

I am normally spotted in jeans and a pair of converse (my work calls for practicality), often brandishing a screwdriver, cleaning or tidying! We all look forward to meeting you soon.
